The service was often slow and confused, with confusion about my room and bill on multiple occasions. the breakfast was limited and the lack of restaurant options was inconvenient, leading to reliance on fast food location downstairs.

I really loved my stay at this hotel! Everything was great, from the cleanliness of the rooms to the helpfulness of the staff. Plus, the location was perfect - just a short walk to the beach! The parking and transportation were also really convenient.

Great value for the price, with comfortable and well-appointed rooms. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, offering a smooth airport pick-up and drop-off. The internet was reliable and the location was convenient for my needs.
There was also no free water in the rooms, and only instant coffee was available at breakfast.

Lovely, spacious, and clean rooms. Free laundry service. Very nice and helpful staff. Brilliant location by the seafront with the sound of surf. Excellent concept with separate "lodges" and F&B outlets. Beautiful landscape within the rainforest. Magnificent restaurant overlooking the sea. Well-executed pools with different levels. Exceptional resort planning.
